Lil D and her best friend are sitting right now in the living room, giggling insanely as they apply red nail polish to each other, and making a merry mess!

Lil D’s life now revolves around her friends. She is playing most of the time, right from when she arrives home from school, till I call her in for dinner. It’s fun to watch her hanging out with them, playing all sorts of games. They have made up their own set of rules, and a real foolproof way to ensure that they visit each other’s houses regularly. How? Well, whoever is the host gets to be whatever she wants to be – the teacher, the doctor, her choice of games – in short, she rules!

It was the last day at school today. Lil D was quite upset to leave her teachers. But on she goes to the first grade. And so times fly.
